Most workouts listed on this blog can be done without any sort of equipment. However, it is encouraged to utilize equipment should the goal be to progress further once body weight training plateaus. A full-fledged home gym is not necessary, as several dumbbells or resistance bands can help increase the training threshold.


Besides dumbbells, resistance bands can be utilized for stretching exercises or resistance weight training. As seen below, resistance bands allow for high intensity weight training despite not taking up much space at all. They are also generally cheaper than dumbbells, which should hopefully discourage overspending, and buying additional equipment you may not really need.



It is also encouraged to use a fitness tracker. Fitness trackers will allow you to keep track of time on exercises, as well as what muscle groups have been already exercised. Following a consistent workout routine will help foster better results!
